Office Product Solutions can supply a range of core office products for storage at selected locations around your organisation. One of our account managers will provide a regular audit and maintain inventory levels.

Customer Service

Our customer service team are constantly being kept up to date with the latest trends in product development in order to answer you queries and find solutions as efficiently as possible. Our employees have spent many years in the office products industry and pride themselves in providing the very best of service.

Ordering procedures

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, Internet or personal shopping in-store. Our internal sales team operates between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Fax orders can be sent 24hrs a day on either your official purchase order or a fax order form can be supplied by us. Fax order forms are customised to reflect your individual product requirements.

Representation by your account manager on a specific time is available and enables you to discuss your particular needs in a face-to-face situation.

On-line ordering is a new and exciting procedure. This will allow our customer to download orders directly into our computer system.
